Dr. Amy Brombos
Data Dissemination Specialist
U.S Census Bureau
Dr. Amy Brombos serves as the Data Dissemination Specialist for the state of NY. Her experience in federal service began in 2018 as the Decennial Census Partnership Coordinator for NYS. Prior to federal service, Dr. Brombos spent over 20 years working in academia as a Teacher, District Data Specialists, Academic Researcher, and University Professor, teaching courses in Data Use for Continuous School Improvement, Accreditation, and Strategic Planning.
Dr. Brombos is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and D'Youville University with Master's Degrees in Interdisciplinary Biomedical Sciences and Secondary Science Education, and a Doctorate in Leadership in Higher Education.
Tracy Powell-Rudy
Vice President of Corporate Engagement
Integrate Autism Employment Advisors
Tracy Powell-Rudy, is Integrate’s Vice President of Corporate Engagement and a 2025 92NY Women In Power fellow. She is contributing author of The Neurodivergent Candidate, Recruiting Autistic Professionals, and co-author of several articles including the Journal of Intelligence’s article Examining the Use of Game-Based Assessments for Hiring Autistic Job Seekers. Tracy also serves on the advisory boards for NSF-funded research at Carnegie Mellon and the Advisory Council for Joshin, a disability-focused care platform. Prior to her daughter’s autism diagnosis, Tracy’s earlier career included leading the Northeast Divisions IT department for a Fortune 100 corporation and serving as a Vice President for a global retained executive search firm. Tracy has a bachelor’s in psychology awarded Summa Cum Laude from Manhattanville College and a Master’s in Telecom Management with honors from NYU Polytechnic and identifies as neurodivergent, having been late diagnosed herself.
