Request for Proposals (RFP) – Reissued
The Dutchess County Workforce Investment Board (DCWIB) has reissued the following Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Program Year 2026:
1. WIOA Youth Program Services (Reissued)
- Provides employment and training services to eligible youth in Dutchess County
- In-person program at DCWORKS
- Proposal Deadline: June 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM
- Mandatory Letter of Intent Due: May 25, 2026
2. WIOA System Operator & Center Operator (Reissued)
- System Operator: coordination of workforce system partners
- Center Operator: management of DCWORKS operations
- Proposal Deadline: June 1, 2026
- Mandatory Letter of Intent Due: May 25, 2026
3. WIOA Youth Services, Workshops & Training (New/Current RFP)
- Youth work experiences, entrepreneurial programming, and workshops/training
- Rolling review and awards
- Final Deadline: June 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM
Important Notes
- These RFPs have been reissued. All interested applicants should review updated requirements carefully.
- Letters of Intent are required for some RFPs (see each document).
- DCWIB may make rolling awards (where applicable).
- All proposals must be submitted by the stated deadlines to be considered.
