The Dutchess County Workforce Investment Board (DCWIB) is seeking qualified consultants, organizations, and service providers to support the Systems Change and Inclusivity Opportunity Network (SCION) initiative.
This RFP includes multiple opportunities to advance inclusive workforce development for individuals with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Services may include coordination of the SCION Regional Conference (June 2026), delivery of industry-based training workshops, reasonable accommodation training for staff, development of a local awareness campaign, and implementation of pilot programming.
Projects will align with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I requirements and aim to expand access to employment, strengthen partnerships, and promote inclusive hiring practices across Dutchess County.
