APRIL RFPs & RFQs

The Dutchess County Workforce Investment Board (DCWIB) is pleased to announce multiple Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to support workforce development programs and services in Dutchess County.

These opportunities are funded in whole or in part through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and are designed to strengthen services for job seekers, employers, and the workforce system.


CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

AI Workforce Platform (RFQ)

DCWIB is seeking qualified vendors to design and implement a secure, closed artificial intelligence (AI) platform to support workforce operations, employer engagement, and job seeker services.

  • Due: May 11, 2026
  • Focus: Secure AI system development, workforce applications

WIOA System Operator & Center Operator (RFP)

DCWIB is procuring organizations to manage and coordinate the workforce system and operate the DCWORKS American Job Center.

  • Letter of Intent Due: April 30, 2026
  • Proposals Due: May 12, 2026
  • Funding: ~$6,000 (System Operator) and up to ~$50,000 (Center Operator)

WIOA Youth Program Services (RFP)

DCWIB is seeking providers to deliver employment, training, and career services to youth (ages 14–24), with a strong emphasis on out-of-school youth.

  • Letter of Intent Due: May 4, 2026
  • Proposals Due: May 12, 2026
  • Funding: Approximately $400,000–$425,000

Workshops & Training Services (RFP)

DCWIB is soliciting providers to deliver workforce workshops and staff training, including job readiness, digital literacy, and professional development.

  • Due: June 19, 2026
  • Awards: Rolling basis

Supportive Services Fiscal Administration (RFP)

DCWIB is seeking a provider to administer supportive service payments for eligible participants at DCWORKS.

  • Due: May 12, 2026
  • Funding: Up to $13,000
