Announcement: The DCWIB's Eligible Training
Provider Policy has been revised as of May 8, 2007. Training
Providers with offerings currently approved will not have to submit
new initial eligibility data but new policy agreement forms will
have to be completed in order to maintain offering status.
Providers in the process of completing the
application should download the new version and review it prior to
completing and initial eligibility request.
The New York State Eligible Training Provider List ((NYS-ETPL)
was established in compliance with Title 1 of the Workforce
Investment Act (WIA) of 1998. The purpose of the ETPL is to
present a broad and diverse selection of training choices to
support employment goals of individuals. Training
providers who are eligible to receive Individual Training
Accounts (ITAs) through WIA Title I-B funds must be listed
on their local Eligible Training Provider List.
If your organization does not provide
training to individuals but does provide customized business
training please notify the DCWIB of this listing status as
this policy will not apply to your offerings.
